Bluebird Bakers …set to make Portland a bit sweeter

First out of the oven was former wholesale-only cookie mavens Bluebird Bakers, which opened a brick-and-mortar late last month (2390 N.W. Thurman Street, 503-­415-1278).

Bluebird’s cookies are still available at Zupan’s, New Seasons and other area stores. But now you can try the cookie MIX Magazine called “a true contender for the best chocolate chip cookie in Portland” fresh from the oven.
